CONTENT POLICY

1. Purpose

Outlink is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and compliant platform for advertisers, publishers, and end-users. This Content Restrictions Policy defines categories of content that are prohibited or restricted on the Outlink platform. It ensures compliance with applicable laws, protects the reputation of our publishers and advertisers, and upholds Outlink’s values of transparency and fairness.

2. General Principles:

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring all submitted content is truthful, accurate, and lawful. Publishers are responsible for vetting and approving advertiser content before publication.

The sponsored content should be aligned with the themes and subjects usually published by the Publisher. For instance, you cannot publish fashion-related content in a financial publication. If you attempt to do so, your order will be cancelled.

Publishers may, at their discretion, and according to their terms, accept or reject Content, request edits, and/or request more information. Publishers may also accept or reject specific Content and/or specific Advertisers if they feel that such Content or Advertisers do not meet or have broken their publishing policy.

Whenever you purchase content generation services from us, the content may be produced by our subcontractors or us. The Advertiser is required to check the proposed content, request edits, and approve the final version. The Advertiser should flag any inaccuracy. Once approved, the Advertiser eventually takes full and sole responsibility for the final content sent to the Publisher.

We provide 3 types of Content writing services:

Professional Article Writing

Professional article written by Outlink's expert writers with SEO optimization and keyword research. You may require up to two edits. Also includes a main image and an article image.

Premium Article Writing:

An in-depth, research-driven article crafted by senior writers. Includes advanced SEO strategy, competitor research, enhanced narrative storytelling, and stronger brand positioning. You may require up to 3 edits. Also includes a main image and an article image.

VIP Article Writing:

A high-authority, newsroom-grade article with deep industry research and insights, conversion-optimized messaging, and a fully customized SEO strategy. Built for maximum credibility and impact. You may require up to 4 edits. Also includes a main image and an article image.

Advertisers warrant that their Content is truthful, accurate, legitimate, and does not misrepresent their products or services. Advertisers and Publishers shall not use the Platform to publish Content that infringes on third parties' rights, or Content that is deceitful, hurtful, harmful, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or racist. Advertisers and Publishers shall not use the Platform to promote products or services or Content that are illegal. Furthermore, Advertisers shall not engage in deceiving marketing tactics.

Outlink reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or ban any user (advertiser or publisher) who violates this policy.

3. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on Outlink:

• Illegal Products and Services

• Any content that promotes unlawful activities, goods, or services in applicable jurisdictions.

• Harmful, Misleading, or Deceptive Content

• False or misleading claims

• Content designed to scam, misinform, or deceive users

• Violent, Hateful, Abusive, Harassing, Threatening, or Discriminatory Content

• Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory material

• Content inciting violence, terrorism, or organized crime

• Adult Content and Services

• Pornography, sexually explicit services, escort services, or adult entertainment

• Gambling and betting services (including lotteries, casinos, sports betting, fantasy betting)

• Unregulated or speculative financial services, including cryptocurrency tokens, exchanges, or promotions that lack proper licensing, with the exception indicated in the next paragraph

• Tobacco, vaping, and related products

• Firearms, weapons, explosives, or military-grade equipment

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unregulated pharmaceuticals

• Harmful or Unsafe Products

• Products that endanger health, safety, or well-being (e.g., counterfeit goods, unsafe supplements, miracle cures)

• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights

• Political content or advocacy

• Charities

4. Restricted Content (Requires Approval)

Some categories may be permitted, but only under strict review or legal compliance conditions. Advertisers must seek explicit approval from Outlink before publishing campaigns in these areas:

• Regulated financial services (banks, licensed trading platforms), NFTs, meme coins.

• Alcohol advertising (subject to local laws and publisher rules)

• Health and wellness claims (must be supported by credible evidence and comply with local regulations)

5. Discouraged content:

Please do not submit text directly generated by AI, as it will probably make your publication perform poorly. In the worst cases, it may be flagged by search engines and lead to your brand, as well as the Publisher's site, being downgraded in search.

Most Publishers will reject text content that is generated by AI. If you repeatedly submit AI-generated text, Publishers may eventually reject your brand submission, and we may also ban you from using the platform.

Outlink and/or publishers may reject your content submission if they suspect it is written with AI.

6. Platform Behavior Standards

• Content must be respectful and professional — abusive or harassing communication in campaign instructions or chat is not permitted.

• Advertisers must provide clear and complete campaign instructions.

7. Enforcement

• Outlink scans content automatically using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and via manual reviews.

• Outlink reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any content or campaign that violates this policy.

• Repeat or serious violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

• Where required by law, Outlink will report unlawful content and transactions to relevant authorities.

8. Updates

This content policy will be reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, or industry standards. Users will be notified of material updates.
